ABOUT STEFFANII
Steffanii Blair is a native New Yorker and mother of two healthy and handsome boys. She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field at the prestigious New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Steffanii studied Nursing as an undergrad where she initially developed her passion for healthcare and providing support to maternity patients. This later led to her starting her career as a maternity nurse on a high-risk maternity unit. It was her experiences working with high-risk expectant mothers that led Steffanii to further develop her expertise and pursue a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of England and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from NYU. Rounding out her experience, Steffanii is also certified in Lamaze, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Inpatient Obstetrics, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Basic Life Support.
In 2017, Steffanii founded Blair & Bloom - a company focused on providing women with pre-and post-natal support. The company’s mission is to provide expectant mothers with a personalized private childbirth education experience using a blend of evidence-based techniques and alternative natural methods. This will prepare them for their childbirth journey before, during, and after labor.
In 2020, Steffanii was elected as a board member to the babyMed Advisory Board, where she actively contributes to one of the top websites used by millions of people seeking the latest information on fertility. babyMed is a one-stop fertility and pregnancy resource center featuring articles and advanced technology designed to help women and couples get pregnant faster. For over 18 years Steffanii worked as a Registered Nurse for the high-risk maternity unit at NYP. Currently, Steffanii is the Program Director and Lead Educator for Weill Cornell's Expectant Parent and Wellness Childbirth Education Program and a OB Consultant for Hackensack Meridian Health.
As a mother of two and a healthcare professional, Steffanii has been on both sides of the bump. She is dedicated to providing each expectant mom with professional, personalized, and supportive care as they step into motherhood.
